Roux White sauce 11th post
• 32 g onions
• 32g leeks or spinach or Sweet potato
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 6 g unsalted butter
• 20 g plain flour (2 tbs)
• 250g semi-skimmed milk. (1 cup)
• Method: fry oil & butter. Onions.  Add flour. Add milk slowly. 5 April 23
